INO SUMMIT 19, 20, 21 MAY 2023 - BANGKOK, THAILAND
The INO Summit 2023 was held during 19, 20, 21 May 2023 at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld in Bangkok, Thailand with a great success! We are proud to mention that 261 delegates from 192 companies, 48 different countries registered to this great event from all over the world. They were gathered for this glorious summit to create perfect synergy, present their strength, and express their intentions to cooperate. All of our members had chance for connecting, socializing, but most importantly networking for long lasting relations with potentional partners during the whole conference.
Activities
In the INO Summit 2023, there were team building activities to strenghten group mentality and increase communication between members. Attendees took full networking advantages of this great gathering during optional activities such as city tour, football tournament, paintball tournament and karting race. There were there teams in each tournament as 3F Panthers, FM Bulls and OPCA Eagles.
City Tour
On 19 May 2023 city tour participants were ready at the meeting point of the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld. After they picked up from the hotel, they started to visit the most popular touristic places and discovered Bangkok. They visited Grand Palace with the Royal Grand Palace & the Royal Temple (Wat Phra Kaew, The Temple of The Emerald Buddha), Wat Pho (The Temple of The Reclining Buddha). They made a canal tour with long-tail boat ride and passed in front of the Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn), which is one of the most remarkable visual identities of Bangkok.
Football Tournament
Football players of 3F Panthers, FM Bulls and OPCA Eagles met at the designated area and their tailor-made team jerseys were delivered to them. All football players were ready for the controversial conflict to win the INO Football Tournament cup. OPCA Eagles did their best for the final match but FM Bulls team won the championship and lift the INO Summit 2023 Championship trophy. The champion team was awarded with medals at the Gala Dinner on 20 May 2023.
Paintball Tournament
Paintball players were taken from the hotel to the 63 BB Gun, which is one of the best paintball fields in Bangkok. Sharpshooter delegates competed to eliminate opponents, fought for their network and enjoyed this extreme sport activity, INO Paintball Tournament. OPCA Eagles Team won the tournament. They awarded with the medals and trophy on the podium at the Gala Dinner on 20 May 2023.
Karting Race
Thrill-seeker and speed enthusiast delegates were taken to the EasyKart.net. Drivers raced individually and represented their networks to be the fastest agent. The winner team was OPCA Eagles. It was Mr. Peter Van Dael from NAVI-GATE BVBA, BELGIUM from OPCA, who took the victory as the fastest driver! At the second place, there was OPCA's enthusiastic Italian driver Mr. Riccardo Cutillo from CCS CUTILLO CARGO SOLUTIONS SRL, ITALY. And Mr. Valeriano Garcia from NERVION INTERNACIONAL, S.A., SPAIN from OPCA concluded the podium on 3rd place by passing all the drivers that followed. The winners awarded with the trophies on the podium. Champion team as also awarded with medals at the Gala Dinner on 20 May 2023.
Registration
The delegates came to the onsite registration counter on 19 May 2023 at 16:00 in Lower Lobby of the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld to register to the INO Summit 2023 and pick up their name badges, printed one to one meeting reports, t-shirts and conference bags. The delegates reconnected with their friends and met new acquaintances during the registration and enjoyed mini cocktail at the registration area.
Welcome Cocktail
Welcome Cocktail was held at Lotus Garden in the evening of 19 May 2023. Delegates were greeted by traditional costumed ladies at the specially designed entrance of cocktail area. These ladies welcomed the guests by presenting them a flower garland to each of them. Then they enjoyed the classic music of trio ladies. Participants were fascinated by intimate ambiance from the entrance to the end of the cocktail. Foosball tables, giant dart, toy bullet shooting and ring toss were placed at the cocktail area. There was a great interest for these games and all delegates had fun. We also celebrated the birthdays of Ms. Marta Partella from Punto System SPA, Italy, Mr. Kwok Chee Wei from WWW Cargo Pte Ltd, Singapore, Mr. Saurav Anuj from Leo Global Logistics India Pvt Ltd, India from FM and 3F member Mr. Nitin Arora from Meo International Logistics India Private Limited.
As a tradition of our welcome cocktails, it was the time of foosball contest. Participants struggled to win the foosball tournament championship. And Mr. Marcus Schwarz from Hanseatic Logistic Solutions Germany Gmbh, Germany, Mr. Alessandro Galati from Tieffe Group S.R.L., Italy from FM won the foosball tournament and awarded with a trophy and medals. Mr. Sandeep Harit from Movex Services Private Limited, India from FM and Mr. Nitin Arora from MEO International Logistics India Private Limited, India from 3F, OPCA was represented by Mr. Sameer Kakodkar and Mr. Rakesh Handa from Shobha Prompt Services Private Limited India. They were awarded with medals. The welcome cocktail reception was a great occasion to break the ice and give the delegates a moment to relax before the one to one meetings in the following days. One to One Meetings
On 20 May 2023, INO Networks Group Chairman Mr. Kemal Kirikkanat welcomed the delegates and give brief information about our new brand Freighttalk https://freighttalk.com. After his presentation, we thanked INO Summit 2023 sponsors and invited them to the stage. Mr. Kemal presented their sponsorship plaques and certificates. Then, Senior Members Recognition Ceremony took place for the members who were celebrating their 10 and 5 years of membership with us.
The Senior Members had the privilege of special recognition by our Chairman Mr. Kemal Kirikkanat on the stage and certificates & awards were presented to them as a sign of our appreciation for their membership during all these years. After the Senior Members Recognition Ceremony, we invited OPCA Platinum Sponsor Mr. Melih Büyü from Solibra Lojistik Hizmetleri A.S., Türkiye to the stage. Mr. Melih made a presentation about their company. After that we invited FM Platinum Sponsor Mr. Derrick Yu from CATI Global Logistics (HK) Limited, Hong Kong to the stage. Undoubtedly, the most interesting part of the INO Summit 2023 were the face-to-face business meetings. Attendees got numerous opportunities to interact, exchange knowledge, and talk about current business trends during the event. Gala Dinner
After busy one-to-one meetings, on the second day evening, all delegates were invited to a magnificent Gala Dinner at the World Ballroom of event hotel. All delegates enjoyed the taste of delicious international foods. Then the spectacular gala dinner started with a live band performance and continued with various dance shows. And also medals and trophies were presented to the winner teams of team building activities, karting race, paintball tournament and football tournament. Delegates enjoyed the night and met with other delegates in a non-business environment. It was the evening of fun and relax.
