INO SUMMIT 28, 29, 30 JUNE 2019 - KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

The INO Summit 2019 was held during 28, 29, 30 June 2019 in Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur Hotel, Malaysia with a great success! We are proud to mention that 300 delegates from 221 companies registered to this great event from all over the world. They were gathered for this glorious summit to create perfect synergy, present their strength, and express their intentions to cooperate. All of our members had chance for connecting, socializing, but most importantly networking for long lasting relations with potentiation partners during the whole conference.

Activities
In the INO Summit 2019, there were team building activities to strenghten group mentality and increase communication between members. Attendees took full networking advantages of this great gathering during optional activities such as city tour, football tournament, paintball tournament and karting race. There were there teams in each tournament as 3F Panthers, FM Bulls and OPCA Eagles.

Registration
While a group of delegates were enjoying the team building activities, other delegates came to the onsite registration counter on 28 June 2019 at 16:00 in Grand Salon at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur Hotel to register to the INO Summit 2019 and pick up their name badges, printed one to one meeting reports, t-shirts and conference bags. The delegates reconnected with their friends and met new acquaintances during the registration and enjoyed mini cocktail at the registration area.

Welcome Cocktail
Welcome Cocktail was held at Grand Salon in the evening of 28 June 2019. Delegates were greeted by traditional costumed girls at the specially designed entrance of cocktail area. Welcoming girls presented a flower garland to each delegate. Participants were fascinated by intimate ambiance from the entrance to the end of the cocktail. Mini Cooper Racing Game simulator and Foosball Tables placed at the cocktail area. There was a great interest for these games and members had fun. Mr. Marcus Schwarz from FM, Hanseatic Logistic Solutions Germany GmbH won the foosball tournament and awarded with a trophy. OPCA China member Mr.Weiros Wang from Ola Groups Logistics Co., Ltd., OPCA Thailand member Mr. Pairat Srikluab from V.Pack & Move (Bangkok) Co., Ltd., FM Switzerland member Mr. Fabian Heil from Cargobay Ltd., FM New Zealand member Mr. Vince Hattie, FM Italy member Mr. Alessandro Galati from Tieffe Group S.r.l. and the champion Mr. Marcus were awarded with medals as well. The welcome cocktail reception was a great occasion to break the ice and give the delegates the moment to relax before the formal meetings in the following days.

One to One Meetings
On 29 June 2019, INO Networks Group Chairman Mr. Kemal Kirikkanat welcomed the delegates and after his presentation he thanked INO Summit
2019 sponsors and invited them to the stage to present their sponsorhip certificates. Then, there was Senior Members Recognition Ceremony for the members who were celebrating their 10 years of membership, 5 years of membership and more than 5 years of membership with us.

After the ceremony Mr. Kemal KIRIKKANAT invited our guest speaker Mr. Kollatt Muhajiz from CMA CGM Project Cargo Division to the stage.
Mr. Kollatt, Asia Regional office/Project Cargo Division Shanghai, made his presentation about project cargo shipments. With his speech, our members found the chance to get to know more about the project cargo services and breakbulk solutions of CMA CGM.

Gala Dinner
After busy one-to-one meetings, on the second day evening, all delegates were invited to a magnificent Gala Dinner at the Grand Ballroom of event hotel. All delegates enjoyed the taste of delicious international foods.

Then the spectacular gala dinner started with live band performance and continued with various dance shows following with the great stand up comedy show of Joanne Kam Poh Poh. Delegates enjoyed the night and meet with other delegates in a non-business environment. It was the evening of fun and relax.
