INO Networks Group is starting to organize online meetings called O-QBR: Online Quarterly Business Review exclusively for its members every quarter. O-QBR meetings will be held for each network (3F - Freight Forwarders Family, FM - Freight Midpoint, and OPCA – Overseas Project Cargo Association) under INO Networks Group separately, and this value-added service will be a part of our membership service, meaning no additional fee will be applied for participation. In addition to all our tangible benefits and advantages, we are dedicated to regularly gathering our members, who are freight forwarders and logistics companies, within the industry.
We aim to maintain communication throughout the year, create new leads, provide opportunities to evaluate ongoing projects, and integrate new members into the network in the shortest time possible. In this way, our physical meeting, “INO Summit”, will be much more productive and will be the gathering where actual business is discussed and future strategic plans are formed.
What Is a QBR Meeting?
A QBR meeting (quarterly business review meeting) is a gathering of members conducted once every three months. Attendees include all parties, such as senior members, new members, their employees, and the network management. These face-to-face online meetings are arguably the most important tool for improved cooperation and performance with specific purposes, including:
• Providing value to your network partners, building trust, and enhancing your business relationships.
• Learning more about your partners' goals and their customers' needs based on updated quarterly information.
• Checking in on your agents' expectations, recapping the previous quarter, and getting partners' feedback.
• Including your employees in the QBR meetings, letting them get to know the network partners better, and helping them gain experience.
• Discussing action plans and keeping everyone on the same page by discussing and planning new goals, timelines, and a budget for the upcoming quarter based on KPIs.
• Identifying new opportunities or expansion opportunities, as well as action items to achieve them.
A strategic mindset is the key to successful QBRs. To earn your network freight agents’ trust, you must position yourself as an advisor — not a salesperson bent on upsells. QBRs give you a chance to understand your agents' future plans with your business, helping solidify your relationships.
When Will Online QBR Meetings Be Held?
Online QBR meetings will be held once every three months, and dates will be announced one year in advance so our members will be able to set their schedules accordingly. Each QBR will have different time zones, and we will do our very best to diversify them.
Can Members Become a Sponsor of QBR Meetings?
Only one sponsor will be accepted for each QBR, and sponsorship will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How to Participate in the QBR Meetings?
For the comfort of our members and due to the security and privacy policy applied, only account admins of each member will be registered automatically for the QBR meetings. Additional delegates per company can be registered for the event upon the official request of a current admin without an extra charge. The request should be sent at the latest one day before through the Support Ticket System in the Membership-Only Area, and the email domain extension should be the same as the member company for additional delegate(s). The QBR meeting link will be sent by system notification message in the Membership-Only Area one day before the event date.
Sincerely Yours
